The website www.frantoionutile.it has been created for the promotion of the oil production of Frantoio Nutile together with his company services, in respect of the Italian legislation on fixed-term contract with VAT registered parties.
The sale is regulated by the present General Conditions of Sale, which must be considered integral part of the sale contract. We therefore invite our clients to carefully read the aforementioned present Conditions of Sale and the information contained before sending a sale order, and to print them or save them on a durable medium.
The products bought through the website are sold directly and exclusively by Frantoio Nutile, with registered office in Italy, Contrada Cerreto 9, 83030 Lapio (AV), with VAT no. 02605620646.

1. Prices
If you are a wholesale distributor or a VAT registered retailer, you can request the prices of our products by sending the contact module on the website, or by email on info@frantoionutile.it indicating: quantity and product types in bulk, place of dispatch and biographical data of the purchaser company for the deployment of the commercial offer.
The receipt of the price request doesn’t bind the supplier until the latter has sent the appropriate order confirmation via email to the email address provided by the client.
The commercial offer must then be confirmed by the client with a stamp and signature on the document, that must be sent back via email.
2. Payments
For the payment of the product price and the related shipping and delivery cost, Frantoio Nutile only accepts payments by Bank transfers in advance of the of the order confirmation. The amount to pay and the IBAN details for the payment will be provided in the commercial offer sent to the client.
3. Shipping and delivery of products
An approved express mail will be used for the shipping of our products to our clients.
It’s possible to dispatch our extra virgin olive oil to EU countries, which includes: Germany, France, Austria, Netherlands, Luxembourg, Denmark, United Kingdom, Ireland, Spain, Portugal, Bulgaria, Poland, Belgium, Greece, Finland, Norway, Sweden, Romania, Slovenia, Czech Republic, Slovakia, Hungary, Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania, Malta, Cyprus.
The delivery takes place within 2 working days from when the goods are delivered to the appointed carrier. Delivery times are subject to changed for reasons beyond our control, for general traffic conditions or for acto of public authority.
Together with the goods, you will find the invoice that will always be produced with the dispatch of the order.
We recommend to always check the amount and the good status of the goods, and in case of a problem the dispute must be reported immediately to the carrier, promptly notifying the incident to us.
To guarantee a punctual delivery, please insert a secure address. Carriers will deliver during standard business hours, for this reason we recommend to provide an address where our collaborators can find someone for the delivery.
Furthermore, by providing a contact telephone number we can facilitate the work of our carriers and make sure the goods are reaching their destination.
If you are not available in the standard delivery times, we recommend you to request us a depot pickup service, so you will be able to collect the goods yourselves from the closest branch presenting a valid identity document.
You can ask us the delivery TRACKING NUMBER after the acceptance of the order, and you can check the delivery status of the goods from the express mail website.

5. Liability
The suppliers denies any liability for malfunctionings, service interruptions, and performance loss if these are solely caused by reasons outside of our controls or unforeseeable circumstances.
Eventual disputes will be treated in the competent court of Avellino.
